These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the operator of this ssh101+ service ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them.
We provide live video ingest and delivery. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may change, add or remove features; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions to a paid plan.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and stream keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Anyone holding your stream key can broadcast to your channel — treat it as a password and rotate it if exposed.
Concurrent-viewer limits, channel allowances and feature entitlements are part of what you purchase and are enforced by the service. Exceeding your viewer limit results in additional viewers being refused until capacity frees up.
You retain all rights in what you broadcast. You grant us only the limited licence necessary to receive, process, store and deliver your content to your viewers, and to keep recordings you ask us to keep. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live streaming depends on your encoder, your uplink and the public internet — much of the path is outside our control. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or the AUP, for non-payment, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. On termination your content and recordings may be deleted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
